Evelyn L. Hawkins is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IKJ Enterprises, a technology-enabled safety and infrastructure solutions company helping organizations strengthen safety, security, operational resilience, and infrastructure performance.
With more than 30 years of business and program management experience and extensive experience supporting the public transportation and infrastructure sectors, Evelyn brings together operational expertise, safety and security leadership, technology strategy, and business development to address complex organizational challenges.
Under her leadership, IKJ is evolving beyond traditional consulting to deliver technology-enabled solutions that combine safety and security expertise with intelligent monitoring, data analytics, artificial intelligence, infrastructure technology, and recurring managed services.
Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Technology Management – Environmental Health & Safety from North Carolina A&T State University. She is also a Juris Doctor candidate at Purdue Global Law School, where her studies further strengthen her understanding of legal, regulatory, governance, and risk considerations affecting emerging technologies and organizational decision-making.
Her professional credentials include Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Transit Safety and Security Program (TSSP), and Public Transportation Safety Certification Training Program (PTSCTP), among other industry credentials.
